Easy Ponzo Sauce

Ponzo sauce

Here’s a great and simple recipe to spice up your favorite Chinese dumplings, sushi or other Asian dishes.

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons low-sodium tamari soy sauce
3 tablespoons rice vinegar (brown or white)
3 tablespoons mirin (Japanese seasoning wine)

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients together.

Makes about 1/2 cup

For smaller portions, use the 1:1:1 ratio.
